Italian Walnut Dining Table, Ferdinando Meccani, 1974

A circular and extendable walnut dining table, designed in 1974 by Ferdinando Meccani for Meccani Design. These tables are incredibly hard to find, especially in this condition.

Reflecting the refined craftsmanship and design innovation synonymous with 1970s Italian furniture. Crafted in richly toned walnut timber, the table features a clean, architectural form balanced by subtle detailing, creating a piece that feels both grounded and elegant. Its generous proportions make it ideal for everyday dining or entertaining, while its timeless silhouette pairs seamlessly with both mid-century and contemporary interiors.

The centre of the table opens, extending it into an oval shape and seating an extra two chairs.
