Shipping policy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate, as we cannot be responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect information.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please select the correct option for your delivery location. Please contact us if your location is not shown.

In some cases, we may need to quote for shipping before delivery. In these instances, your shipping will be invoiced separately. 

All orders will be shipped out within 2-7 days from day of purchase (excluding weekends and holiday closing periods).

 

ACCESS AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Please measure your space carefully and check the access to your property before purchasing.

Please ensure that items will fit through doorways, elevators, or other access points.

We do not offer refunds if an item cannot be delivered due to access issues.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final, and items are sold as-is.

However, we are committed to complying with Australian Consumer Law. Under this law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if an item is found to be faulty or significantly different from its description.

Minor wear, typical for vintage items, does not constitute a fault.
