Sold | Fresco 2 Plaster Artwork by Thibault Perrigne

Fresco 2 by French artist Thibault Perrigne is an abstract plaster artwork exploring the expressive qualities of a textured surface. Hand-built on timber board, it captures the artist’s gestures through marks retained as the plaster sets.

The work draws on the character of ancient frescoes while using a contemporary, intuitive approach. Its vertical proportions introduce tactile detail to a narrower wall, pairing with timber furniture, stone and other natural textures.
