Maralunga 3-seat Sofa, Vico Magistretti for Cassina, 1973

A celebrated piece of Italian design, the Maralunga sofa was created in 1973 by Vico Magistretti for Cassina. It quickly became an icon of mid-century modern furniture, known for its unique adjustable backrests and an emphasis on comfort.

Materials: Velvet, internal frame & mechanisms

Condition: Very good. The folding mechanisms are in perfect condition. The fabric is in excellent condition and shows minimal wear for age, except for one small, discoloured section on the lower centre back, approximately 5cm x 2cm. The rear undersides have some scuffing and small tears, probably from moving over the years.
