Handcrafted by Di Lunedi, this artisan-handmade plate is made from fine earthenware and is formed from a vintage plate sourced in the markets of Puglia. Featuring three hand-painted fish framed by an expressive cobalt blue wave border, it celebrates the quiet beauty of everyday rituals. 

This plate serves as functional art, perfect as a catchall for jewellery or treasured objects, a serving plate for olives, or simply displayed as a decorative object or wall art, it brings warmth and Mediterranean charm to any space. The softly organic form and painterly finish reflect Di Lunedi's signature approach, where traditional craftsmanship meets contemporary living.

Comes with a brass hanging wire, making it easy to display the plate on your wall.

Care Instructions: Hand wash with gentle detergent is recommended. 

Please be aware that due to its nature, earthenware and terracotta can be slightly porous. Please avoid leaving on surfaces without a layer of protection to ensure tables etc are not marked.

ABOUT

Di Lunedi Ceramics is the studio of Australian ceramic artist Elise Eales, whose practice is shaped by a deep connection to Italian culture, craftsmanship and everyday ritual. Founded in 2020, the studio draws inspiration from time spent living and creating in Italy, where Eales developed a strong appreciation for traditional ceramic techniques, Mediterranean aesthetics and nostalgic forms.

Working primarily with earthenware and terracotta, Eales creates hand-built ceramics characterised by playful hand-painted imagery, including faces, sardines and Mediterranean motifs. Her work often incorporates traditional maiolica techniques, hand-mixed engobes and Italian pigments, resulting in pieces that balance function with storytelling.

Positioned between art and functional design, Di Lunedi ceramics are designed to elevate everyday rituals, whether used at the table or displayed on the wall. Each piece reflects a strong connection to place, memory and craftsmanship, bringing a distinct Mediterranean sensibility into contemporary interiors.

We offer a range of delivery options, including pickup from our Caringbah showroom and delivery. Australia-wide shipping is available on furniture, and global shipping is available on artworks and homewares.
